If You Forgot a Dose of Ativan 2 mg
For anxiety issues: If you remember about the missed dose in less than 3 hours, take it as soon as possible. If more than 3 hours have passed, skip the dose. Avoid doubling up the dose to make up for the missed dose.
For insomnia: You can leave the missed Ativan dose if you have not taken it by bedtime. You can take your next scheduled dose the next night.
For pre-med: You must contact and inform the hospital or your concerned doctor about the missed doses. They may advise you when to take the dose of Ativan 2 mg.

Any kind of drug or alcohol addiction in the past
